Week II and Week III

For the week starting on March 5, we had white lilies, pink alstroemerias, and blue thistles. During the first few days the bouquet looked quite green as none of the lilies had opened but they became a lovely sight once they bloomed. As the flowers were still looking fresh by the end of the week, we decided to keep them for the week starting on March 12 also.

  An interesting aspect is that the pollen of the lilies has a very strong scent. Not only our office but the whole corridor was saturated by their aroma.
