Week XIII

I thought this arrangement was extremely beautiful and I felt like it was imperative for it to be in our office this week. Particularly because of the white hydrangea. Hydrangeas are my favourite flower and I had never seen a white one. I knew, however, that most of the flowers of this bouquet had little chance of making it through the week in this extremely warm weather.

  And so it was! By Friday, only the lisianthus still survived. The heat was appalling for the rest of the flowers, which was quite unfortunate. I suppose I knew the risk, yet I took it. Some people would say: you only live once, so think twice. Let this be a lesson for next week.
