Week XLVII

The colours this week are unequivocally evocative of spring, especially the yellow iris that gives so much light. Even though this arrangement is very similar in style to that of week XLIV, its aura is very different. Mainly because this picture was taken in the middle of the week, when all the flowers had already opened.
  In addition to the visual aesthetics, this arrangement also had a beautiful scent that emanated from the hyacinths. It was not faint, but it was not overwhelming either. Its scent had an elegant presence. And the unifying force was the cordyline as a filler, which we had not had until now. Very beautiful. Very distinct.
