Week LVII

Apart from its elegance, this arrangement had a beautiful combination of colours. All nicely coordinated in soft hues. It was a particularly pleasant surprise that the peonies lasted in perfect condition for the whole week, in contrast to the ones we had in Week X. To be fair, these ones did not open nearly as much as the previous ones but we got to enjoy them for a much longer period of time. Of special interest to me is the harmony between the blue of the oxypetalum and the purple of the aster. Together they make a compelling combination to be admired. This was once again a beautiful arrangement that I feel quite pleased to have had in the office. Undoubtedly, May was a month with an extraordinary number of gorgeous bouquets.
